How to Use: Pull out 18-24 inches of floss and wrap around your middle fingers, leaving about 1-2 inches to work with. Using your thumb and index fingers to hold floss tightly, slide the floss between two teeth using a gentle sawing motion. Once the floss reaches the gum line, curve the floss in a "C" shape against the side of one tooth. Rub the floss gently up and down against the tooth surface, ensuring you slide slightly below the gumline. Repeat this for the neighboring tooth in the same gap before moving on. As you move on to the next gap, use fresh sections by winding the used floss on one finger and let out a clean section from the other finger.
